Forthcoming Conferences

The Congress takes place in concomitance with IMAT, ASM's annual meeting. It will be a great event with 350 presentations and plenty of special events, workshops and educational courses, awards, and networking opportunities.

The 13th International Tooling Conference will be a continuation of a long established philosophy of providing a forum for practicing engineers and researchers to exchange their ideas and experiences in all aspects in the field of tooling. As well as giving practitioners an opportunity to keep up-to-date in the latest developments in production and application of tooling materials, the conference will also provide an excellent forum for researchers to present their work and enhance it's transformation to industrial application. The upcoming 13th International Tooling Conference will be dedicated to sustainability in the field of tooling.

Series merged from the two of 'Quenching and Control of Distortion' and 'Int'l Conf. on Distortion Engineering'. QDE will co-locate with AeroMat 2025, AeroTech 2025 and the International Thermal Spray Conference and Exposition (ITSC) 2025.

5th International Conference on Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering in Automotive and Transportation Applications - This conference is the fifth in its series, following the 3rd conference held also in Prague in 2016 and the 4th held in Spartanburg, USA. From now on, however, the focus is widened from the former "Automotive Applications" to all transport and vehicle applications on the ground on street and rail, and aircraft and marine applications of heat treated and surface engineered components. The event is combined with the European Conference on Heat Treatment.

After the 25th World Congress held in Xi'an 2018, the IFHTSE World Congress is coming back to China.
