The IFHTSE Conference Guideline is the outcome of the experiences made in dozens of international conferences. It is regularly updated.

While it is clear that our member associations have a great history and experience in conference organisation, there is often a novelty, a smart idea or a best practice in one conference  which can usefully be copied in another. Also, technical innovation and new legal regulations keep changing the conditions for our conferences.

Some items are contractually agreed between IFHTSE and the conference organisers. Read all the others as a menu to pick items from for your preparation planning, checklist, and agenda!
