Harold Moore Lectures

IFHTSE, in association with the UK Iron and Steel Institute / Institute of Metals Joint Heat Treatment Committee initiated a series of lectures in honour of Dr Harold Moore. Dr Moore was best known scientifically and technically for his work at the Woolwich Arsenal in the UK, but he was also a leader in the establishment of a system for recognising and encouraging metallurgical professionalism and what is now known as ‘continuing education’. The lectures in his honour were delivered by:
